p>New Bedford- Luzia (Duarte) Ribeiro age 89 years, Died May 10, 2004 at her home, She was the wife of the late Joao Ribeiro, 2 sons Jose and Antonio Ribeiro of New Bedford, Rosa Teixeira of Dartmouth, 2 Grandchildren; Mary Ann Rogers of South Dartmouth, and Bryant Ribeiro, of Fair Haven. 1 Great Grandson Austin Rogers of South Dartmouth.

Mrs. Ribeiro was born in New Bedford. She was the daughter of the late Maria Rosa(Vieira) & Antonio Duarte. She was a Homemaker .

Her funeral will be Thursday May 13, 2004 from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 8 A.M. with a Funeral Mass at 9 A.M. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 230 Bonney St., New Bedford, MA. Visiting hours will be Wednesday May 12, 2004 between 6-9pm.
