Antonio Matos

New Bedford- Antonio C. Matos, age 56 years, died Monday, August 6, 2012 at home. After a long illness, his soul is finally at rest. Antonio is survived his siblings Maria Saraiva wife of Daniel, Maria Natalia Dacosta wife of Tiberio, John Correia, Jose Pacheco husband of Helena all of New Bedford and Maria Rosinha Medeiros wife of Antonio of Portugal. Mr. Matos is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Matos was a son of the late Clotilde (Correia) and the late Antonio Pacheco. He was born in St. Michael, Azores, Portugal and has lived in this area for 33 years. Antonio worked as a drywaller.

In accordance with his family’s wishes Mr. Matos will be cremated.
