Elisa Andrade

New Bedford – Elisa Andrade, age 77 years, died Tuesday April 23th, 2013 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a period of declining health. Ms. Andrade was born in Brava, Cape Verde, daughter of Marta Andrade. She moved to this country in 1985 and was a dedicated homemaker to her loving family. She was loved by her family very much and will be greatly missed by those who knew her best.
Her family includes her 4 children: Julio Pinheiro of Salem, Ma, Elisabete Fonseca of New Bedford, Manuela Rodrigues of Attleboro, Ma, and Sebastiáo Rodrigues of Boston, Ma; as well as 6 loving grandchildren.
Elisa’s visiting hours will take place in the funeral home on Thursday April 25, 2013 from 5 – 8 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Boston One Fund Inc., 800 Boylston St. #990009 Boston, Ma 02199. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
