New Bedford – Julia Souza Modesto, age 92, died on Sunday December 29, 2013 at Sacred Heart Home in New Bedford. She was the widow of William Modesto and the mother of the late Wayne Modesto.
She was employed by Cornell Dubilier as a Winder for many years.
Mrs. Modesto is survived by her dear sister, Mary J. Souza, of New Bedford, as well as her three nephews: David DeSouza, Carl A. DeSouza, Richard R. DeSouza.
Private services were placed in the care of PERRY FUNERAL HOME, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
