Mrs. Samagaio was the mother of John Samagaio of No. Dartmouth and Humberto Samagaio Jr.of New Bedford She had 3 Grandchildren and also 4 Sisters and 1 Brother

Mrs. Samagaio was born in Fayal, Azores and came to this area in 1966 . She was the daughter of Lues and Maria A.(DeJesus) Silveira. Mrs. Samagaio was a stitcher for the Madeira Twin Fashions.

Her funeral will be Wednesday December 22, 2004 from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, at 9 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint John the Baptist Church on County Street at 10 A.M.. Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM
