Linda Lee Freitas

New Bedford – Linda Lee Freitas, age 63, died Saturday, November 15, 2015 at St. Luke’s Hospital. Born in Acushnet, she was the loving wife of Jeffery Freitas and the daughter of the late Joseph Arruda and Lucille (Dutra) Arruda. Linda worked for Cornell Dubilier in the warehouse for many years.
She is survived by her 2 siblings: Joseph Arruda of Dartmouth and Susan Avila of New Bedford; as well as a beloved nephew Jonathan Arruda Avila.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. relatives and friends are invited to attend. In accordance with her family’s wishes, Linda’s funeral and burial will be private. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford, MA.
