New Bedford – Michael W. Ramos, age 58 of New Bedford, passed away on Wednesday January 20, 2016 at Brandon Woods of New Bedford. He was the beloved son of Dominga (Barros) Ramos and the late John S. Ramos.
Michael was a lifelong resident of this area and worked for Barder Paper Products.
His surviving family includes his mother, Dominga Ramos of New Bedford; a brother, Steven A. Ramos, Sr. and his wife, Nanette Ramos of New Bedford; nephews: Mark A. Andrade, Steven A. Ramos, Jr. and his wife, Kat, Duane A. Ramos and his wife Melissa,nieces Stacy A. Ramos and Jessica A. Ramos, as well as several great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place in the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. with a service to begin at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford, MA.
