Joseph S. Santos Jr.

New Bedford – Joseph S. Santos Jr., passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2005, at St. Lukes Hospital. He was the husband of the late Ethel (Mills) Santos. Mr. Santos is survived by 3 children: Neil Santos of Londonderry N.H.; Dr. Paul D. Santos of Sanbornton, N.H. and Linda Raedel of No.Dartmouth, 6 Grandchildren and a niece and a nephew. He was also the brother of the late Marjorie Correia.

Mr. Santos was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of his life. He was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Gladys (Sylvia) Santos. Mr. Santos was formerly employed as a Foreman at Goodyear Tire and Rubber and he was a member of the Free Order of Masons, Nouqochoke Lodge.

His Services will be Friday July 8, 2005 at 11 A.M. at the Perry Funeral Home, followed by Burial at Beech Grove Cemetery in Westport. Relatives and friends are invited to arrive at 10:30 A.M.. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 7 to 9 P.M. at the Perry Funeral Home.
