New Bedford – Dorothy C. Lapre, aged 84, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at St. Lukes Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mary R.(Costa) and Anthony Rapoza and the former wife of Raymond LeComte.
Dorothy worked as a baker for Isaiah's Restaurant and lived in this area all of her life.
She is survived by her children: Robert LeComte, Lucille Torres and Denise Worster, all of New Bedford, Raymond LeComte Jr. of Wareham and Maurice LeComte of Fairhaven, 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brother Donald Rapoza of S.Dartmouth and sister Lillian Betar of California. She is also pre deceased by several siblings.
Her funeral will be private at the request of the family. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home..
