Joyce Rezendes

New Bedford – Joyce (Sylvia) Rezendes, age 72 of Dartmouth, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Dennis N. Rezendes and was the daughter of the late Sophie (Amaral) and Leon Sylvia.

She was born in New Bedford, MA and was a loving homemaker to her family.

She is survived by her husband; daughter, Debra Scalf; son, Steven Edward Medeiros and his wife, Rachel; stepchildren, Denise Rego and her husband, Joseph, Robert Rezendes and David Rezendes; 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; 3 stepsisters and 1 stepbrother.
