Joyce Bettencourt

Joyce Bettencourt, age 71 of New Bedford went to be with the Lord on Monday August 21, 2017 surrounded by her large and loving family. Joyce was born on April 6, 1946 to the late MaryJo and Cezar C. Bettencourt of Dartmouth. She was formally employed as a residential counselor until her retirement. She was also an active member of His Love Reaching Church of New Bedford.

Survivors include: son, Trevor Bettencourt and his wife Wendy Bettencourt, daughter, Rhonda Tucker, son, Torey Bettencourt and his fiancé Jami Harju. Grandchildren: Trevor Bettencourt Jr., Taylor Faulk, Richard Tucker, Tiara Bettencourt, Justin Tucker, Braylee Bettencourt. Great grandchildren: Sam Bettencourt and Hunter Faulk. 6 sisters: Joan, Bettylou, Cathy, Linda, Susan and Mari’Jo. 6 brothers: Cezar Jr., Michael, Kenneth, Stephen, Randall and Ronnie. And many nieces, nephews and cousins.
