Lidia (Medeiros) Amaral

New Bedford – Lidia (Medeiros) Amaral passed away September 10, 2017 and has now joined her late husband, Manuel J. Amaral.

Her survivors include her children, Mary, Joe, Jorge, John and Frank; her grandchildren, Clifford, Rossana, Sheena, Brian, Elliot, Victoria, Vanessa, Alan, Nelson, Brooke, Julian, Jason and Trish; her great grandchildren, Mason, Olivia, Aiden, Gavin, Everly, Ella and Rowan; as well as many nieces, nephews and so many others that knew her and loved her.

Her visiting hours will be held Friday evening from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Her funeral services will be Saturday beginning in the funeral home at 8:45 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel at 9:45 A.M. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
