New Bedford - Cynthia E. Sylvia passed away Nov. 3, 2005 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a long illness. She was the Sister of Richard A. Sylvia of So. Dartmouth, Elsie M. Louro of New Bedford, Raymond Sylvia and Ronald Sylvia both of New Bedford and Joseph A. Sylvia III of Assonet, and several nieces, and nephews.
Cynthia was the daughter of the late Joseph A and Evelyn (Armory) Sylvia. She was born in New Bedford and lived all of her life in this area.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 7, 2005 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 10:30 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 5 to 9 P.M., on Sunday, November 6, 2005 and at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, November 7, 2005 at the Perry Funeral Home.
