New Bedford – Robert Seymour Allen, age 55, passed away on June 5, 2018 at Bedford Gardens. Born in New Bedford, he was the husband of the late JoAnn (Stephens) Allen, and the son of the late Willie and Bella (Silva) Allen.
Robert worked as an HVAC Technician for many years.
He is survived by his 3 siblings: Doreen, Donald and Mark Allen; 2 aunts: Millicent Silva and Annie Cardoza; 2 niece: Amber and Rachel Allen.
In accordance with his wishes Robert was cremated. Donations in Robert’s name may be made to the following foundations: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Make-A-Wish Foundation or D’Addario Foundation.
Arrangements are placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. New Bedford, MA 02740.
