Kathleen Chace

Dartmouth – Kathleen (Clayton) Chace, age 59, passed away after a brief illness on Thursday, June 14, 2018 with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Douglass Chace and daughter of Joel Fernandez and the late Patricia Fernandez.

Kathleen was born in New Bedford and had worked as a hospice health aide for many years in Fall River.

She is survived by her father, Joel; daughter, Brooke and her fiancé, Kevin Ponte; sister, Lisa Clayton Davis and brother, Raymond Fernandez .
Her burial was private.
