NEW BEDFORD – Steven R. Samagaio, age 52 years of New Bedford, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018. He was the son of Maria L. (Rocha) Samagaio of New Bedford and the late Augusto Samagaio.
Steven was born in New Bedford, MA and worked as a Fisherman for several fishing vessels.
He is survived by his children, Drew, Michael and Britney Samagaio; his mother, Maria L. Samagaio; 3 brothers, Augusto R. Samagaio, Clifford R. Samagaio and Nicolas Samagaio; as well as 6 nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be Friday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. Burial will be private. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. New Bedford, Ma 02740.
