Honorina P. Medeiros

New Bedford - Honorina P.(Bulhoes) Medeiros, aged 95 years, passed away December 20, 2005, at Savoy Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Mariano D. Medeiros, Survivors include; a Son: Jose M. Medeiros and his wife Maria of So.Dartmouth, a Daughter: Isilda and her husband Fernando Duarte of New Bedford, and a Sister: Emilia Correia of New Bedford. 7 Grandchildren , 7 Greatgrandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.

Mrs. Medeiros was born in Salga, St. Michael, Azores , the daughter of the late Manuel and Evangelina (Duarte) Bulhoes . She was active in church affairs, joining the Senhora Espirito Santo at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, December 23, 2005 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 10:30 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours will be 5 to 9 P.M., on Thursday December 22, 2005 at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St.
