Sarah (Sally) A. Chace

Fall River - Sarah (Sally) A. Chace, age 71, from East Freetown, MA passed away peacefully on May 15, 2019 at 1:30 A.M. at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA surrounded by her family. She was born on December 22, 1947 in Middleboro, MA to Barbara and Lucien (Mastera) Jussaume.

She was a CNA and had worked for the VNA for many years. She was also an employee at Ocean Spray. She enjoyed horseback riding, spending time with her grandchildren and she had a love of animals. She had a very large heart and was always there to help her family and friends. She was always very talkative and a social butterfly. Sarah was a caregiver, a mother, a grandmother and a friend to many people and she will be missed by so many.

She is survived by her life partner, Marcus Demoranville; daughters, Barbara Chace and Megan Simmons; sons, Harold Chace, Joseph Chace and Corey Glover; grandchildren, Paige Morris, Trisha Chace, Breanna Yerkes and Ava Simmons; as well as many in-laws, friends and loved ones. She was also the sister of the late Lucien (Bernie) Jussaume.

In accordance with Sarah’s wishes, she will be cremated and a service will be held at a later date.
