New Bedford – Michael G. Edwards, age 74, of New Bedford, passed away on Friday May 24, 2019, at Brandon Woods of New Bedford. He was the husband of the late Sandra V. (Martin) Edwards.
Michael was born in New Bedfod to Ruth Hazel (Stubblefield) and George Edwards. He had worked at the Internal Revenue Service .
He is survived by his son, Sean Daniel Edwards, grandchildren, Devin, Desmond and Darien and great grandchild Emma. He was the brother of the late Sherri Lynn Edwards.
His burial took place at Massachusetts National Cemetery on Thursday May 30, 2019.
