She was born in Manhattan, New York City, NY to the late Flores M. and Leonor (Hernandez) Henriquez. Carmen loved spending time with her family and loved to cook.

She is survived by her 3 children, Evanidia Martinez, Eversol M. Martinez and Efrain Nievez; 8 grandchildren, Evan, Lino, Amarmi, Julian, Eversol Jr., Yahnnie-Rose, Enyccia and Anthony; brothers and sisters, Carme I. Henriquez, Evelyn Henriquez, Angel Henriquez, Flores Henriquez, Jr., Anthony H. Edwin Henriquez.

Carmen's funeral services are private.
