Maria Angelina (Pascoal) Peixoto

Montana – Maria Angelina (Pascoal) Peixoto, age 84, of East Helena, Montana and formerly of New Bedford passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020. She was the loving wife of the late Tomas Peixoto.

Born in Faial, Azores she was the beloved daughter of the late Jose Pascoal and Filomena da Gloria (Dutra) Pascoal. Maria had been a seamstress for a local textile mill for many years.

Maria is survived by her son, Dennis Peixoto; daughter, Betty Carlyon; step-son, Jose Valter Peixoto; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Nikki, Cindy, Brittany and Megan and her great-grandchildren, Emma, Tiago and Chloe. She is also survived by her brother, Joe Pascoal and her sister, Maria Teresa Turrisi.

Her visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 10, 2020 at Perry Funeral Home from 9:00 A.M. – 11:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Burial will immediately follow in St. John’s Cemetery.

All attendees for visiting hours and church services are required by current mandated restrictions to wear a face covering and to practice social distancing of 6 feet. Attendance will be limited at both places in order to meet the mandated capacity restrictions.
