Jose Juan Rodriguez Selpa

New Bedford – Jose Juan Rodriguez Selpa, age 43, of New Bedford, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Enrique Nuñez Rodriguez.

Jose was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, to Flor Maria Selpa and Angel Luis Rodriguez. He had worked as a school bus monitor for the Seekonk School Department for many years.

Jose is survived by his loving husband, Enrique; his parents, Flor and Angel and his 2 brothers, Gabriel Rodriguez and Luis Rodriguez.

Jose’s visiting hours and funeral service will be held at Perry Funeral Home on Monday, August 9, 2021. Visiting hours will be held from 9:00 A.M.–11:00 A .M. with a service to take place at 11:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in Rural Cemetery.
