Michelle P. (Zussy) Rowe

New Bedford – Michelle P. Rowe, age 68, of Fairhaven, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Herbert H. Rowe. She was born in New Bedford and was the daughter of Armand E. Zussy and Marcelle (Obomsawin) Zussy.

Michelle is survived by her three children, Roland Normand and partner Cindy Gaspar, Kelly Carvalho and husband Scott Carvalho, Bridget Wang and husband Zack Wang, her four grandchildren, Tyler Guilmette, Owen Carvalho, and Emma and Hanna Wang, her 4 siblings, Cecile Kennedy and husband David Kennedy, Armand Zussy, Robert Zussy and wife Trisha Zussy, Gisele Michaud, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.

She is predeceased by her loving husband, Herbert H. Rowe, her brother Eugene Zussy, and her late sister-in-law, Sandra Zussy.

Michelle enjoyed spending quality time with her loving husband, sewing and quilting with her sisters and her friends. She loved playing cards with her family, game nights, doing puzzles, watching all the hallmark channel movies, Sunday family dinners, and especially spending her time with her children and grandchildren.

A celebration of Michelle's life will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2021 from 3:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home with a service to also take place during this time.
