Harold Lee Farias

Dartmouth – Harold Lee Farias, age 84, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Oliveira) Farias.

Harold was born in New Bedford and was the loved son of the late Antone Farias and Mary (Thomas) Farias. He had been a proud veteran who served in the United States Army and he later went on to serve his own community as a Fireman for over 30 years. Harold had been a master carpenter and was the proprietor of Farias & Son Construction for many years. In addition, he also had worked in the Maintenance Department for the Town of Dartmouth. Above all, he was a caring and devoted Patriarch, who loved and treasured his time spent with family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Farias; his 4 children, Steven H. Farias of Dartmouth, Wayne D. Farias and his wife Joanne of Dartmouth, Lynn M. Bilodeau and her husband George of Dartmouth and Lorri Ann Kenny and her husband Mark; of Oregon; 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was also the brother of the late Norman Fareas.

Harold’s funeral arrangements will be private.
