Kevin Rose

New Bedford – Kevin Rose, age 51, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Kevin was born in New Bedford, MA and was the beloved son of Christine (Darmofal) Rose and the late Arthur Rose. He had been a retired Lieutenant for the Bristol County Sheriff’s Department and currently worked for Charlton Memorial Hospital.

He enjoyed hunting every year and hadn’t missed a hunting season in 40 years. Kevin also enjoyed fishing and lobstering in his later years. Whenever Kevin had an opportunity to go out lobstering he would, he took pride in what he did.

Kevin and his best friend, John enjoyed traveling, going on vacations and watching Sunday night football. He enjoyed spending time with his close friends and also loved his beloved dog Malina.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Christine Rose; his nephew, Austin Rose; fiancé, Debbie daSilva and his best friend, John R. Gomes.

A celebration of Kevin's life will take place on Tuesday August 23, from 4-8 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. New Bedford, Ma.
