Mary J. Souza

New Bedford - Mary J. Souza, age 104, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at Sacred Heart Home in New Bedford, one day before her 105th birthday. She was born in New Bedford and was the beloved daughter of the late John Souza and Julia (Alexander) Souza.

She was employed by Morse Twist Drill for many years.

Mary is survived by her three nephews, David J. DeSouza, Carl A. DeSousa, and Richard R. DeSouza. She was predeceased by her late siblings, John Souza, Manuel DeSouza, and Julia (Souza) Modesto.

Mary’s funeral services were held privately.
