Albert Girouard

New Bedford - Albert J. Girouard, Age 69, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital with his loving family by his side.

Albert was born in New Bedford, MA and was the son of the late Armand Girouard and Diane (Lariviere) Girouard. He had worked as a machine operator with New England Rope.

He is survived by his children Jennifer Andre, Kathleen Teixeira, and Daniel Andre; his brother David Girouard; his grandchildren Kayla and Logan Medeiros, Gavin Teixeira, and Mya and Jayden Andre; his sisters Lisa Benson, Susan Girouard-Jeffries and her husband Matthew, and Renee Girouard-Harmon and her husband Jason; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Albert was predeceased by his brothers Paul and Bobby Girouard.

Albert’s funeral arrangements are being held in private.
