Cidalia was born in St. Michael, Azores to the late Mariana (Motta) Pacheco and Jose Pacheco.
Survivors include her good friend Carlos Alexandre Pereira.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford MA.
