Eleanor Lavault Gaudette

Fall River – Eleanor S. LaVault Gaudette, age 92, of New Bedford, MA passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 at St. Anne’s Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Andre R. Gaudette.

Eleanor was born in New Bedford, MA to the late Albino S. Afonso and Cecilia (Moniz) Afonso.

Eleanor is survived by her daughters, Denise Vinciarelli and her husband Anthony and Deborah Richard; grandchildren, Sean Richard, and Dante and Antonia Vinciarelli; great-grandchild, Joslyn Richard; as well as several nieces and nephews on her late husband’s side.

Eleanor will have a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, June 19th, 2023 at St. Josephs Church, 74 Spring Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719 at 10:00 AM, to be buried at the National Cemetery privately at a later date.
