Monica Iria

Fall River-Monica Iria age 21 years died Friday July 20th unexpectedly. She was the sister of Maegan M. Iria of New Bedford. She was the grandaughter of Maria and Virginio Borges of New Bedford, and the late Alexandrina and Joaquim Iria. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Ms. Iria was the daughter of the Paulo A. Iria and Maria F. Borges of New Bedford. She was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all her life. She was an assistant at Dr. Cote’s Office.

Ms. Iria Funeral will be at Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. Wednesday at 8 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9 A.M. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 7-9 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home. Burial will follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
