Robert T. Borden

New Bedford – Robert T. Borden age 62 years died April 14, 2009 at home unexpectedly. He was the loving husband of Margaret T. (Ladetto) Borden. Survivors include 2 sons: Robert L. Borden and his wife Jennifer and Wade R. Borden and his wife Tanya both of New Bedford., his grandchildren Wade, Amber, Jessica, Brianna, and Brooke, his brothers John, James and George Borden all of New Bedford. He was the nephew of Helen Puscizna and Dina Daignault. Robert was also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Borden was the son of the late Mary (Samakis) and Walter C. Borden. He was born in New Bedford where he lived all his life. Mr. Borden was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam. He also worked in Construction as a Roofer.

Mr. Borden’s Funeral Services will be at the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. Friday at 10:00 A.M., Family and Friends to meet here for 9:30 A.M. Burial will follow at Rural Cemetery. Visiting will be from 5-8 P.M. on Thursday.
