Angel Enrique Figueroa

Angel Enrique Figueroa, age 80, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on October 13, 2026 at St. Luke’s Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Rose Marie Figueroa.

Born on August 23, 1946 in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, Angel was the cherished son of the late Jose Elias Figueroa and Lydia Negron. One of his greatest joys in life was his CB radio. He truly enjoyed spending time on the air, connecting with fellow CB radio enthusiasts, and building lasting friendships with the many friends he made along the way. His CB radio hobby brought him great happiness and gave him a special sense of connection and camaraderie with others who shared his passion.

Angel is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Figueroa; his daughter, Valerie Angel Figueroa Roderick and her late mother, Glenda Y. Roderick; his daughter, Angel Marie Figueroa; his late son, Michael Jeffeir Silva; his son, Jose J. Soler; stepdaughter, Stephenie E. Stevens; best friends, Dorothea A. Carter and Nichole L. Manning; grandson, Matthew Manning II; his stepson, Nelson Figueroa and his companion Felicia Law Rence; grandsons, Ayden Figueroa and Alijah Figueroa.

Angel’s visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. His funeral service will take place Wednesday morning in the funeral home beginning at 11:00 AM with a service to start at 11:30 AM. Burial will immediately follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts, which offers convenient facilities, including a lightedparking lot and wheelchair accessibility for attendees.
