Antone Souza

Antone Souza, age 86, born on July 10, 1939, in Sao Miguel, Azores, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026, at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the beloved son of the late Frank De Souza and Mary (Martin) Paulino.

He was a respected member of his community and dedicated much of his life to his work on the floor for a local textile manufacturer, where he contributed his diligence and hard work with pride. Antone was a man of great dedication, having also served honorably in the United States Army. His military service is a testament to his commitment and sense of duty, qualities that marked his entire life.

He is survived by his brother, Leonard Souza; and his nieces, Debra Ann Mis and Donna Marie Ciulla. He was preceded in death by his beloved sister, Deolinda Medeiros, whose memory he cherished deeply.

Antone Souza’s journey from the Azores to his life here was marked by steadfast resolve and quiet strength. He leaves behind a legacy of loyalty, perseverance, and familial love that those who knew him will always honor. His peaceful passing surrounded by family reflects the deep bonds he maintained throughout his life.
