Providence, RI - Christopher George Botelho, age 49, of New Bedford, MA passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Hope Health Hospice in Providence, RI. With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Christopher George Botelho, a beloved father, son, brother, and friend. Chris passed away surrounded by loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of joy, warmth, and unwavering individuality.

Born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts, Chris built a life full of love, laughter, and adventure. It was his life outside of work that truly defined him. Whether he was camping at Maple Park, spending time with family and friends, or showing off his beloved dogs through CityBullies, Chris brought energy and kindness to everything he did.

Chris never met a stranger. His friendliness and easygoing nature made people feel instantly welcome. He lived unapologetically, always doing his own thing, and doing it with a smile. He had a special connection to the local Bully community and was known not only for his passion but for the way he genuinely cared for his animals.

He is survived by his children, Dylan and Rylie; his parents, Carlos and Maria Isabel Botelho; his sister and brother in law, Nina and TJ McGoff; and nephews Lincoln and Everett McGoff. He also leaves behind his cherished dogs and countless friends who became like family over the years.
