Cynthia Rebello

Cynthia Rebello, age 66, of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, passed away on August 17, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on April 11, 1960, in Pomona, California, Cynthia was the beloved daughter of the late Manuel Rebello and Helen (Andrews) Rebello.

Cynthia is survived by siblings Shirley Baker of Fairhaven and Manuel Rebello Jr. of North Dartmouth.

She was predeceased by her siblings: Delores Read, John Robert Rebello and John Rebello.

Cindy was very devoted to her nieces and nephews: Debi, Cheryl, Kathy, Sandra, Dianne, Donna, Frankie (deceased), Lisa, Robert, Manny, Traci, Kathy and John Jr.; as well as many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Cindy had a deep passion for all her animals. Her cat Theo was by her side until she passed.

Cindy spent many years making great memories with family and friends camping, traveling and family gatherings.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Friends of the Fairhaven Animal Shelter.

The family would like to thank her special friends Sue and Sandy, her cousin Diane, and all her new friends who took very good care of her.

A graveside service with her cremains will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 12:00pm at St. John's Cemetery. All attendees are kindly asked to meet directly at the cemetery.
