David Correia

David Alan Correia, age 69, of Fall River, MA, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, October 31, 2025.

David was born in New Bedford, MA, on April 5,1956. David was predeceased by his father and mother, William Correia and Jacqueline (Joaquin) Correia. He was a graduate of SMU majoring in art, then transitioning into computer programming. His talent in art was appreciated by everyone, airbrushing surf boards in the 70’s, illustration drawings and silk screens for garb companies. He developed several online games for consumer use and play. Photography was another passion, developing his own film in his dark room, also winning a contest in Modern Photography Magazine. 

David was an Amazing Musician, playing bass guitar his whole life in several bands in the area, including a tour of Portugal and New Years Eve in NY with the Internationals, Lincoln Park Ballroom and recently at the Bayside. He enjoyed his trips to NASCAR races and with family during the holidays. 

David is also survived by his brother, William Correia and his wife Angela Correia, and his sister Cheryl Correia, along with many nieces and nephews. He was very much loved by his family and friends! He will be solely missed.
