Doreen A. Cook

Fall River – Doreen A. (Sylvia) Cook, age 72, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Charlton Memorial Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of William G. Cook.

Doreen was born in New Bedford, MA to the late Calistus Sylvia and Mary (Welch) Sylvia. She had been a secretary for Executive Coffee and later a manager for Ashworth Apparel. 

Doreen lived a life filled with joy and was a true delight to all who knew her. Doreen had a joyful life and was a joy to know and love.

She is survived by her husband, William G. Cook; her brother, Robert C. Sylvia and sister-in-law, Jane K. Sylvia.

Graveside service with her ashes will take place on Thursday at St Marys Cemetery at 1:00 P.M.
