Dorothy (Costa) Pacheco

Florida - Dorothy “Dot” (Costa) Pacheco, age 91, of Florida and formerly of New Bedford passed away peacefully on Monday, February 9, 2026, in Florida. She was the loving wife of the late Alfred 'Allie' Pacheco.

Born and raised in New Bedford, Dorothy was the beloved daughter of the late Manuel Costa and Mary (Christo) Costa. She had worked for many years as a stitcher for Grinnell Pajama Manufacturing.She is survived by her daughter, Donna (Pacheco) Benedetto; son, Gary Pacheco; son, Thomas Pacheco and her grandsons, Collin Pacheco and Bryson Pacheco.

Dorothy’s funeral arrangements were held privately.
