Franklin Ceme

Franklin Ceme, age 70, of New Bedford, MA, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Fall River Health Care.

Born on April 16, 1955 in Haiti, to the late Augustin Ceme and Ismaelie Jusme. Franklin was a hardworking and dedicated man who took great pride in his work in security. He had a lifelong love for sports, especially soccer, and enjoyed staying active throughout his life. His energetic spirit and positive attitude touched those around him, and he will be remembered for his kindness, strength, and the joy he found in the simple moments of life.

Franklin’s funeral services and visiting hours will be held on November 15, 2025, from 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Followed by a service to take place at 12:00 P.M. Burial will immediately follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, located at 111 Dartmouth St, New Bedford, MA.
