Jeremias M. Desousa

Bridgewater – Jeremias M. Desousa, age 63, of New Bedford, MA passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at the Sachem Center for Health & Rehabilitation.

Born in Sao Miguel, Azores he was the son of Angelo DeSousa Leite and Jorgina (Moniz) Verissimo. He had been a landscaper for many years.

Jeremias is survived by his sisters, Maria Francisca Amaral and her husband Jose Cabral Amaral and Ana Costa and her husband Mario Costa; 4 nephews and 1 niece. He was also the brother of the late Jose Jorge Desousa.
