JoAnne M. Soares

New Bedford – JoAnne M. (Desrosiers) Soares, age 77, of New Bedford, MA passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at St Lukes Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Jose Soares.

JoAnne was born in Fall River, Ma.  and was the loving daughter of the late Anna Margaret (Linnell) and Joseph Desrosiers. She worked at several accounting firms as an Accountant.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Thatcher and her husband Robert, her son David Soares and his wife Annabella, grandchildren, Karlie Thatcher, Sydney Soares, Ashlie Thatcher and Jackson Soares, a great grandson, George Thatcher Key, and a brother, Ronald Joseph Desrochiers and his wife Carol.

JoAnne’s Funeral services are going to be held privately.
