Lidia Morales

New Bedford – Lidia Morales, age 74 of New Bedford, MA passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico and was the beloved daughter to Afortunada Figueroa.

She is survived by her daughters, Myrnanet Morales, Margarita Yac and Gabriela Perez; sons, Jose Vazquez and Luis Canales; grandsons, Leonardo Rodriguez, Jose Vazquez Jr., Josue Yac, Jose C. Garcia, Eliezer J. Sanchez, Jose G. Santiago, Joey Jr. Fernandes, Luis Sanjurjo and Adrian Santiago; granddaughters, Cynthia Diaz, Natasha Erazo, Shaunna Lynne and Jasmine Canales. She is also survived by her sisters, Arsenia Morales, Hilda Morales and Juana Morales.

Lidia’s visiting hours and funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Perry Funeral Home. Visiting hours will be held from 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. with a service to take place at 11:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
