Maribel T. Peña, age 31, of New Bedford, MA, passed away at Brigham and Women's Hospital on October 7, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 16, 1994, in New Bedford, Maribel was the cherished daughter of TinaMarie (Barboza) Peña and Raul Luis Peña.

Maribel dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her role as a retail worker at Saver’s, where her enthusiasm and respect for her coworkers shone brightly in every shift she attended. She demonstrated unwavering love and appreciation for each person in her life, ensuring that her connections were cherished and meaningful. While she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit and love will resonate through the countless memories she created with those who knew her. Her impact on this earth will endure, today, tomorrow, and for eternity. Always and Forever
