Marilyn Schroth

New Jersey – Marilyn (Sylvia) Schroth, age 83, of Morristown, New Jersey and formerly of Massachusetts passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023 with her loving husband, William Schroth, by her side.

Marilyn was born in New Bedford, MA and was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph Sylvia and Esther (Lima) Sylvia. She had graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor’s Degree and went on to work for the Somerville Public School System for many years.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, William Schroth; as well as several cousins.

Marilyn’s visiting hours will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Perry Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Cremation will follow and her cremains will be buried at St. John’s Cemetery at a later date.
