Roger R. St. Pierre

Roger R. St. Pierre, age 62, of New Bedford, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, at his home with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Hazel (St. Don) St. Pierre.

Born on August 12, 1963, in New Bedford, MA, Roger was the beloved son of the late Roland R. St. Pierre and Heather (Traill Butts) St. Pierre. He dedicated a portion of his life to serving his country as a veteran in the United States Army, notably honoring his duty during Desert Storm. Roger exemplified the spirit of patriotism, and this commitment to service was a proud chapter in his life.

He was also a dedicated member of his community with a strong work ethic that was evident throughout his 25-year career as a roofer in the construction business. Roger's commitment to his profession reflected his craftsmanship and dedication.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel, with whom he shared a life filled with love and companionship. Roger's legacy continues through his four children: Daniel Mendoza, Mike, Denise, and Diane, along with his son-in-law Adel. The bonds he forged with his children were marked by deep affection and guidance.

In addition to his immediate family, Roger will be missed by his siblings, who include four sisters: Chris, Cindy, Terry, and Rita, and three brothers: Renee, Larry, and Dennis. His relationships with his siblings were an essential part of his life, providing support and joy throughout the years.

Roger leaves behind cherished memories, a loving family, and a community that will remember him fondly.

Roger's visiting hours and funeral service will take place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Perry Funeral Home. Visiting hours will be held from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by a service that will begin at 12:30 PM. Burial will immediately follow at Rural Cemetery.
