Rosemary L. Alves

Fall River – Rosemary L. (Carlisle) Alves, age 76, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Charlton Memorial Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Robert W. Alves.

Rosemary was born in New Bedford, MA to the late Gilbert Dean Carlisle and Elsie Elizabeth (Gonsalves) Carlisle. She had been a devoted and loving homemaker to her family throughout the years.

She is survived by her husband Robert W. Alves; her daughter, Heather “Daf” Alves and her partner Kellie Demers; her sisters, Elizabeth Thurman, Kathleen Marginson and Janice McFadden; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Rosemary’s funeral services were private.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth Street, New Bedford MA.
